Gretta is a proven leader in the hospitality sales industry with 30+ years experience running three global sales organizations, leading award-winning hotel sales teams and earning numerous sales and service awards. She developed SalesBoost after years of searching for the most effective sales training for her sales teams and not finding it anywhere. She wanted training that would be interactive and fun, show immediate results, and give her team the ability to practice, practice, practice. With the idea in place, she brought together other experts to help create a comprehensive package that uniquely trains individuals through the entire sales process.

Hugh worked on the frontline for ten years and it was that work that led him to start Lua, a productivity platform for frontline teams. Hugh is a proven leader in sales and operations from working at Intercom in San Francisco and Dublin and a private equity group with assets across Europe. With his co-founder, Keith, the two brought Lua to the world to give frontliners a way to increase productivity, efficiency and collaboration. Something that seemed to only be available to those working at a desk. Hugh holds a first-class honours degree in Business Studies & French from Trinity College, Dublin.

Tyler leads hospitality partnerships across North America at Beekeeper and is based in Austin, Texas. With a diverse background in marketing communications, hospitality operations, and sales, Tyler’s familiarity within the industry provides an immeasurable experience for Beekeeper’s hospitality division. From working luxury cruise operations for Holland America Line, and hotel sales for White Lodging, Tyler ventured into software partnerships. His expertise ranges from social media management for marketing agencies at Spredfast, to hospitality labor operations at HotSchedules. Tyler’s experience with industry-leading and best of class software platforms provides a wealth of knowledge to the hospitality team.

As Head of Hospitality, Andrada leads Beekeeper’s effort to help hospitality organizations improve communication and ultimately drive employee engagement and performance. Previously, Andrada served as Executive Director, Luxury Internal Communications and Engagement at AccorHotels and Executive Director, Communications & Strategy at Fairmont Raffles Hotels International. In that capacity, she collaborated with Beekeeper to bring the nearly 50,000 frontline employees working together as one dispersed, yet united, team. Andrada also served as a consultant with McKinsey & Co., working on strategy and organizational transformations with large multinational companies in the EMEA region. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from University of Pennsylvania.
