Felicity plays a fundamental role in the growth of Typsy. The innovative online learning platform is purpose built for the hospitality industry globally and contains hundreds of essential training resources and videos where learners can complete quizzes and earn certificates. Typsy training helps organizations build skills capacity at scale and contains essential short courses on topics including leadership, covid cleaning and recovery, upselling and wellbeing. In previous appointments, Felicity has lead strong cross-functional teams in launching, transforming and growing new businesses and new channels in a range of industries, and has held Board positions. Always at the heart of what she does is a strong commitment to helping individuals improve their lives and supporting community engagement.

Hugh worked on the frontline for ten years and it was that work that led him to start Lua, a productivity platform for frontline teams. Hugh is a proven leader in sales and operations from working at Intercom in San Francisco and Dublin and a private equity group with assets across Europe. With his co-founder, Keith, the two brought Lua to the world to give frontliners a way to increase productivity, efficiency and collaboration. Something that seemed to only be available to those working at a desk. Hugh holds a first-class honours degree in Business Studies & French from Trinity College, Dublin.

As Head of Hospitality, Andrada leads Beekeeper’s effort to help hospitality organizations improve communication and ultimately drive employee engagement and performance. Previously, Andrada served as Executive Director, Luxury Internal Communications and Engagement at AccorHotels and Executive Director, Communications & Strategy at Fairmont Raffles Hotels International. In that capacity, she collaborated with Beekeeper to bring the nearly 50,000 frontline employees working together as one dispersed, yet united, team. Andrada also served as a consultant with McKinsey & Co., working on strategy and organizational transformations with large multinational companies in the EMEA region. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from University of Pennsylvania.
