A former Hotelier of the Year, Jeff David has a pedigree that spans over twenty-five years and is a leader in the hospitality industry in opening luxury properties. Jeff’s expertise in the hotel start-up space credits him in opening $1.7 billion dollars’ worth of high-profile luxury assets in Aspen, Anguilla, Times Square, Nantucket, Washington DC, and Los Angeles. In 2018, he founded his company, Jeff David Hospitality, to scale his experience into other facets of the service industry, with partners and clients in the private aviation, solar powered marine residences, and social impact space. His current position is the President of The Fitler Club in Philadelphia, best described as a hybrid business model that combines Equinox, WeWork, and Soho House in a 130,000 square foot private club.

Lisa has worked in a coaching, strategy, and fund development capacity within a variety of industries including: nonprofit, finance/banking, higher education, arts and culture, manufacturing, televised and other high-profile event production, and hospitality. As HDG’s Chief People and Culture Officer, Lisa manages all things engagement – internally and externally. Internally, she works with leadership and creates programs to help ensure that team members who are onboarded actually feel on board and stay onboard. Externally, she represents the HDG brand – its mission, vision, values – in advocacy, community outreach, and public and partner relations. She also oversees communications, payroll, and human resources within the Office of People and Culture.

As Head of Hospitality, Andrada leads Beekeeper’s effort to help hospitality organizations improve communication and ultimately drive employee engagement and performance. Previously, Andrada served as Executive Director, Luxury Internal Communications and Engagement at AccorHotels and Executive Director, Communications & Strategy at Fairmont Raffles Hotels International. In that capacity, she collaborated with Beekeeper to bring the nearly 50,000 frontline employees working together as one dispersed, yet united, team. Andrada also served as a consultant with McKinsey & Co., working on strategy and organizational transformations with large multinational companies in the EMEA region. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from University of Pennsylvania.
