As product, content, and technical experts, Customer Success Managers help customers overcome communication challenges and bring out the best in their employees with our internal communications platform.

As a Customer Success Manager, my role is to build relationships with our customers and to help them implement Beekeeper by meeting objectives such as improving employee engagement and increasing work productivity. I feel very fortunate to be working with such supportive people, some of whom have become more than colleagues.
At Beekeeper I help our customers to roll out our workplace app to all of their employees, helping them to achieve a digital workforce. I accompany them to their goal of reaching every single employee. I love working in such a multinational environment, where together we work collaboratively across departments to connect the unconnected.
In my role as a Strategic Customer Success Manager, it is inspiring to see the impact that this has on big organizations. Project team members' faces light up when they see their sales assistants or the kitchen staff sharing their first posts about their daily life at work. On the other side I can see employees' excitement when they can finally share their success and learning through posts, pictures and chats.
As the Communications Manager in the Customer Success Team, I produce engaging, informative and smart communication pieces to help customers make the most out of Beekeeper. I create various types of content, from tutorial videos and help center articles to infographics and blog posts. I love my job because it gives me the chance to be creative while helping people to stay connected using an awesome communication tool.
My role involves being the first point of contact when customers have a question about Beekeeper. It's really interesting to hear the variety of queries that customers have. I answer customers' questions and I also identify recurrent themes and make sure our Help Center can address them. The best thing about my job is the satisfaction I get from helping customers to improve employee experience.
