How do I apply?

If you are interested in a position at Beekeeper, you can apply directly through our careers page, where you will see all the open positions across all functions in all locations.

I’ve submitted my CV, what’s next...?

Our talent team will review your job application and contact you within 1 to 3 days. We like to move quickly in the recruitment process, while also ensuring we hire the right people. There could be cases where we will not contact you within 3 working days.

Once I apply, how long does the Interview process take?

The interview process takes on average 4-7 weeks, depending on position and location.
 

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

What does the general recruitment process look like? 

This varies depending on the role, but we generally follow this path:

• Step 1: Preliminary Interview (30-45 min, Zoom call) 
• Step 2: In-depth Background Interview (60 min, Zoom call) 
• Step 3: On-site Visit (2-5 hours). You will have a chance to meet the team and learn more about our culture at Beekeeper.
• Step 4: Final Interview (Zoom call)
• Step 5: Reference Check & Offer if you are selected as the final candidate.
 

What does the recruitment process look like for Engineering positions?

Step 1: Preliminary Interview (30-45 min, Zoom call). This is a technical interview where you will be asked to complete a technical challenge with the interviewer.
Step 2: Technical Interviews (60 min each, Zoom call)
 Coding interview: You will solve a real life coding problem with the interviewer, aiming to understand your thought-process and ability to solve technical challenges alone and with a team member.
• Analytical interview: We will dive deeper into your understanding of system, software design and architecture, and better understand your understanding of computer science fundamentals.
Step 3: Test Day (9am - 5pm, on site) You will have a chance to meet the team and learn more about our culture at Beekeeper. During test day you will implement a small feature directly in our code base. At the end of the day you will give a short presentation to present yourself, showcase your implementation and give a short demo of the end result.
Step 4: Reference Check & Offer if you are selected as the final candidate.
 

What does the recruitment process look like for Product positions?

Step 1Preliminary Interview (45 min, Zoom call). The goal of this first interview is to get to know you a bit better.
Step 2: Technical Interview (60-90min, Zoom call). A walk through your career and a competency-based interview focusing on role-specific skills such as communication, proactivity and teamwork.
Step 3: Test Day (9am - 5pm, onsite) You will have a chance to meet the team and learn more about our culture at Beekeeper. During Test day you will simulate the discovery process of solving a real-life pain of our customer community. The idea is to give you a taste of product strategy and development at Beekeeper, and offer us a chance to work together and get to know each other better.
Step 4: Reference Check & Offer if you are selected as the final candidate.
 

What does the recruitment process look like for Sales positions?

Step 1: Preliminary Interview (30 min, Zoom call). The goal of this first interview is to get to know you better.
Step 2: Onsite Interviews. We will invite you for various following interviews including:
• A case study/role play (1.5 hours)
• A walk through your career and a competency-based interview focusing on role-specific skills such as communication, proactivity and teamwork. (45/60 mins each)
• A team coffee break so you can meet the wider team (30 min)
• An executive interview (30 mins)
Step 3: Reference Check & Offer if you are selected as the final candidate.
 

What does the recruitment process look like for Marketing roles?

Step 1: Preliminary Interview (30 min, Zoom call). The goal of this first interview is to get to know you better. 
Step 2: Case Study. You will get a case-study to work on for three days.
Step 3: Onsite Test Day will include:
• Presentation of the marketing case study (3-5 hours)
• A competency-based interview focusing on role-specific skills such as communication, proactivity and teamwork. (45/60 mins)
• A team coffee break so you can meet the wider team (30 mins)
• An executive interview (30 mins)
Step 4: Reference Check & Offer if you are selected as the final candidate.
 

DATA SECURITY

Where is my data stored? 

For recruitment purposes, your data is stored in our ATS (Application Tracking System) Greenhouse. All recruitment activity is conducted via Greenhouse and not shared elsewhere or sold.

How long is my data stored for?

When applying for a position at Beekeeper, your application will be stored for a period of 12 months. If unsuccessful in an interview process, we keep your application for future positions as a “candidate prospect” for up to 12 months. If you don't want us to store your data, please let us know by writing to applicant.privacy@beekeeper.io and we will delete your information within 30 days upon request.
