Die Digitalisierung Ihrer Frontline ist nicht einfach durch die Integration von Frontlinern in Ihre bestehenden digitalen Tools oder Plattformen erledigt. Dazu kommt, dass viele Frontliner \u2013 wenn sie von ihren Arbeitgebern nicht richtig ausgestattet werden \u2013 Apps f\u00fcr den privaten Gebrauch verwenden, die f\u00fcr den Einsatz in einem beruflichen Kontext nicht geeignet sind,.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Unternehmen den Nutzen ihrer digitalen Tools und Technologien maximieren m\u00f6chten, sollten sie sich viel st\u00e4rker auf das konzentrieren, was ihre gewerblichen Mitarbeitenden tats\u00e4chlich brauchen. Wenn Unternehmen dies nicht tun, besteht die Gefahr, dass Mitarbeitende mit verbraucherorientierten Plattformen improvisieren, wodurch Unternehmen Gefahr laufen, gegen lokale Datenschutzgesetze zu versto\u00dfen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lassen Sie uns daher einen Blick auf drei wichtige Marktkr\u00e4fte werfen, die heute auf die Wirtschaft einwirken und die Unternehmen bei der Entwicklung ihrer Digitalisierungsinitiativen ber\u00fccksichtigen sollten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Die \u201eGig Economy\u201c wird zur Konstante<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir leben im Zeitalter des \u201epermanenten Nebenjobs\u201c. Seit der Finanzkrise von 2008 ist <strong>der Aufstieg der Gig Economy nicht aufzuhalten. Laut Harvard Business Review sind in den USA und Westeuropa rund 150 Millionen Besch\u00e4ftigte nicht fest angestellt, sondern selbstst\u00e4ndig.<\/strong> Wie vorherzusehen war, hat sich Gig-Arbeit w\u00e4hrend der Corona-Pandemie weiter ausgebreitet, da herk\u00f6mmlichere Arbeitsmodelle finanziellen Zw\u00e4ngen zum Opfer gefallen sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gig Worker umfassen eine sehr breite Gruppe von Mitarbeitenden, aber der Begriff bezieht sich haupts\u00e4chlich auf Frontline-Mitarbeitende von App-basierten Diensten f\u00fcr Mitfahrgelegenheiten und Essenslieferungen, Mitarbeitende im Handel und Handwerker.
