m\u00f6glichst messbar sein und in Echtzeit vonstattengehen. Doch was bedeutet das f\u00fcr Unternehmen im Gesundheitswesen, die Kommunikations-Apps f\u00fcr ihre Mitarbeiterkommunikation nutzen wollen und dabei auch mit sensiblen Patienteninformationen arbeiten? Folgende Checklistenpunkte sollten diese Unternehmen im Hinblick auf die<a href=\"https:\/\/www.beekeeper.io\/de\/blog\/10-fakten-die-sie-jetzt-ueber-dsgvo-wissen-sollten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO)<\/a> beachten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicht nur Patienten legen Wert auf Wlan und digitale Kommunikation innerhalb von Pflege- und Krankeneinrichtungen, auch das medizinische Personal setzt mehr und mehr auf mobile und digitale Echtzeitkommunikation. Laut \u00c4rzteZeitung gaben 66 % der befragten \u00c4rzte an, im Umgang mit Patientendaten diese per SMS verschickt zu haben, w\u00e4hrend 46 % best\u00e4tigten, mit ihrer Smartphone-Kamera Aufnahmen von Verletzungen und R\u00f6ntgenbildern gemacht und an Kollegen weitergeschickt zu haben. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dies erm\u00f6glicht zwar eine digitale Kommunikation zwischen den Mitarbeitenden, f\u00e4llt aber zulasten des Datenschutzes der Patienten. Vor zwei Jahren wurde die Datenschutz-Grundverordnung aktualisiert und der<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/patientenrechte-datenschutz.de\/\" target=\"_blank\"> Umgang mit personenbezogenen Daten<\/a> unterliegt strengeren Richtlinien.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sonderfall Gesundheitswesen in punkto Datenschutz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Denn in vielen F\u00e4llen nutzten und nutzen Mitarbeitende WhatsApp und Co. sowohl f\u00fcr ihre private Kommunikation als auch f\u00fcr die interne Mitarbeiterkommunikation. Die Datenschutzbestimmungen dieser Messenger-Dienste gehen jedoch nicht mit der seit 2018 EU-weit festgelegten Datenschutz-Grundverordnung konform.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach dieser d\u00fcrfen \u00c4rzte und Arbeitgeber nur Messenger-Dienste in Anspruch nehmen, bei denen die Datensicherheit und der Schutz vor unberechtigten Datenzugriffen sichergestellt sind.
