Angestellten des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hb.at\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hauses der Barmherzigkeit<\/a>, die insgesamt f\u00fcr etwa 1600 BewohnerInnen und KundInnen sorgen. An mehreren Standorten in Wien und Nieder\u00f6sterreich sorgt die Organisation f\u00fcr die Pflege und Versorgung chronisch kranker sowie \u00e4lterer Menschen und Menschen mit Behinderung. Mit weniger als 5 Prozent der Besch\u00e4ftigten am PC-Arbeitsplatz ist die interne Kommunikation vor besondere Herausforderungen gestellt. Wie sie diese mit Beekeeper l\u00f6sen konnte, erz\u00e4hlt die Kommunikationsmanagerin Natalie Ferch.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wie-lief-die-interne-kommunikation-bisher-ab\">Wie lief die interne Kommunikation bisher ab?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vor Beekeeper nutzten wir E-Mails f\u00fcr wichtige Informationen der Organisationsleitung. Die Pflegedienstleitung schrieb an die Stationsleitungen und die verbreiteten die Infos an alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Wir nutzten auch unser Intranet, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.beekeeper.io\/de\/blog\/drei-unternehmen-die-von-microsoft-integrationen-auf-beekeeper-profitieren\/\" target=\"_blank\">das wir \u00fcber SharePoint angelegt hatten<\/a>. Allerdings verf\u00fcgen die meisten unserer Angestellten nicht \u00fcber einen fixen PC-Arbeitsplatz, sondern sind aufgrund ihrer T\u00e4tigkeit viel in Bewegung. Deshalb war uns der Aspekt, trotzdem alle erreichen zu k\u00f6nnen, besonders wichtig bei der neuen MitarbeiterInnen-App. Im Gegensatz zum PC-Arbeitsplatz nutzten bereits viele unserer Kolleginnen und Kollegen ihr Smartphone auch im Dienst, beispielsweise um sich gegenseitig \u00fcber Dienstpl\u00e4ne, Ausf\u00e4lle oder dringende Infos auf dem Laufenden zu halten. Das wollten wir uns f\u00fcr das neue Tool zur internen Kommunikation zunutze machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wie-sah-die-implementierung-von-beekeeper-aus\">Wie sah die Implementierung von Beekeeper aus?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Das wurde von der IT-Abteilung, dem Qualit\u00e4tsmanagement, der Personalentwicklung, sowie der Kommunikation gut vorbereitet. Alle Standorte sollten nacheinander auf die App geholt werden und so wurden die Zugangsdaten nach und nach verschickt. Zuvor haben wir nat\u00fcrlich alle \u00fcber die Neuerung informiert und eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Kampagne gestartet. Wir haben Plakate aufgeh\u00e4ngt, Beitr\u00e4ge ins Intranet gestellt und sind mit KollegInnen aus der Kommunikation und dem Qualit\u00e4tsmanagement auf Road Show gegangen, um die Kolleginnen und Kollegen vor Ort durch Informationsveranstaltungen abzuholen. Alle, die sich bereits angemeldet haben, sind begeistert von Beekeeper und nutzen die App sehr gern. Der Austausch untereinander ist so einfach und schnell m\u00f6glich, dass er auch wirklich aktiv gesucht wird.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir k\u00f6nnen die Informationen in den verschiedenen Streams gut kanalisieren, damit niemand den \u00dcberblick verliert. Unser WissensStream ist beispielsweise sehr beliebt. Da tauschen sich Kollegen und Kolleginnen \u00fcber fachspezifische Themen aus und regen sich gegenseitig zum Weiterbilden an. Das kommt auch bei den Kolleginnen und Kollegen sehr gut an. Eine Verkn\u00fcpfung zwischen Beekeeper und Sharepoint macht die Nutzung ebenfalls einfacher. Beekeeper wird dabei eher f\u00fcr den schnellen Austausch genutzt, weil es so unkompliziert mit dem Smartphone funktioniert.
