Die Runde wurde von Thayer Ventures und Swisscanto Invest by Z&uuml;rcher Kantonalbank gemeinsam geleitet. Beteiligt sind auch fr&uuml;here Investoren wie Atomico, Alpana Ventures, Edenred Capital Partners, Fyrfly, Hammer Team, investiere, High Sage Ventures, Keen Venture Partners, Samsung NEXT, Schweizerische Post AG und Swisscom. Die Finanzierung erfolgt zu einem Zeitpunkt, zu dem Beekeeper die Verbreitung seiner Mitarbeiter-Plattform weltweit vorantreibt. Die SaaS-L&ouml;sung richtet sich an Unternehmen, in denen mehr als 50 Prozent der Besch&auml;ftigten nicht &uuml;ber E-Mail oder andere digitale Kommunikationswege verbunden sind. In Deutschland geh&ouml;ren zu den Kunden zum Beispiel T&ouml;nnies, Hirmer, BUTLERS, Leonardo Hotels, Europapark, MANN+HUMMEL, March&eacute;, das Deutsche Rote Kreuz (DRK), die Berliner Stadtreinigung (BSR) und die M&uuml;nchner Verkehrsgesellschaft. Das 2012 in Z&uuml;rich gegr&uuml;ndete und nach ISO27001 zertifizierte Start-up unterst&uuml;tzt seine Kunden mit &uuml;ber 150 Mitarbeitern an sechs Standorten weltweit und ist seit 2017 in Deutschland pr&auml;sent.<\/p>\n<p>Seit der Finanzierungsrunde der Series A vor knapp zweieinhalb Jahren ist Beekeeper von starkem, branchen&uuml;bergreifendem Wachstum gepr&auml;gt. Dieses Wachstum f&uuml;hrte zur Er&ouml;ffnung neuer Standorte, unter anderem in Deutschland&nbsp;mit einem eigenen Team in Berlin &ndash; seit August dieses Jahres als eingetragene GmbH.
