Dabei leiden alle Beteiligten unter diesen hohen Wechselraten: Die Mitarbeitenden, die gehen, ebenso wie jene, die im Job bleiben, ihre F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte und auch die Unternehmen selbst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Woher kommt die gro\u00dfe K\u00fcndigungswelle und wie k\u00f6nnen Arbeitgebende sie brechen? Die <strong>Globale Frontline Trendstudie Systemrelevanter Arbeitskr\u00e4fte 2024<\/strong> von Beekeeper untersucht Motivatoren, Stressoren und die Produktivit\u00e4t von operativen Arbeitskr\u00e4ften in Branchen wie Bau, Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Produktion, Einzelhandel und Gesundheitswesen. Mit \u00fcber 8000 Befragten ist die Studie die gr\u00f6\u00dfte ihrer Art. Zus\u00e4tzlich zu den systemrelevanten Arbeitskr\u00e4ften wurden auch deren F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte und Kolleg:innen in den Zentralen interviewt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"heading-0\">Mitarbeiterfluktuation: Was sind die Ausl\u00f6ser?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die <a href=\"\/de\/blog\/fluktuationsrate-berechnen\/\">Mitarbeiterfluktuation<\/a> ist auf einem H\u00f6chststand. Das gilt insbesondere f\u00fcr die operativen Bereiche, in denen teilweise innerhalb eines Jahres das halbe Team geht. Dass das drastische Auswirkungen auf Unternehmensprozesse und Produktivit\u00e4t hat, wundert nicht. Doch warum gehen die Mitarbeitenden?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-lava-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6f749fb13e59bdb35221ea389fa2da0e\">Die K\u00fcndigungswelle ist eine Folge sowohl der Pandemie als auch der Inflation. W\u00e4hrend der Corona-Zeit waren viele Fachkr\u00e4fte insbesondere aus den Bereichen Einzelhandel und Gastgewerbe gezwungen, ihren Arbeitsplatz zu wechseln. Die L\u00f6hne stiegen nicht im gleichen Ma\u00dfe, wie die Inflation die Kaufkraft verringerte, und so waren viele Fachkr\u00e4fte gezwungen, entweder Zweitjobs anzunehmen oder in eine besser bezahlte Position zu wechseln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"e-div e-div-8ba271a37ac09bcc140ffe551b435f1682cc65cc e-div--testimonial-type-three\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-lava-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-8129f8f0836ce494fd8fad2bc90672ba\"><em>Ich f\u00e4nde es super, wenn die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung aus erster Hand erf\u00e4hrt, wie anspruchsvoll die geforderten Aufgaben sind, von denen sie einfach erwartet, dass sie erledigt werden. Hinzu kommt, dass viele sich eine Verbesserung der Arbeitsplatzsicherheit w\u00fcnschen und ein freundliches Umfeld. Das Problem: Von hoher Fluktuation werden genau diese beiden Bereiche beeintr\u00e4chtigt. Neue Kolleg:innen sind naturgem\u00e4\u00df weniger routiniert in ihren Jobs, und auch die Teams m\u00fcssen sich immer wieder zusammenfinden.
